- Ability to lift 50 - 100 pounds
- Operate machines and various hand tools
- Record production information via a scanner, computer, or by hand
- Inspect parts for defects, repair if needed, and communicate with personnel regarding these matters
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to learn basic computer and scanning systems
- Have basic counting and math skills
- Background check
- Drug test
