Will be trained on the donut production process, including: dough mixing, proofing, makeup, frying, glazing, filling, and topping.2. Advancement opportunity3. Strictly follow standards for quality4. Will become capable of scaling and mixing of ingredients, formula calculation and adjustments, dough mixing and makeup, makeup, proofing and baking of all products.5. Control bakery waste and labor efficiency6. Understand the importance of team effort and efficiency to maintain a low labor cost7. Support other members of the bakery production teamSanitation1. In depth understanding of all sanitation procedures2. Ensure all personnel are trained on cleaning procedures for all areas of the facility3. Maintain the documentation of each days cleaning activity4. Adhere to quality plant sanitation and safety1. Ensure safety procedures are followed2. Respond to emergency situations in accordance with procedures3. Display working knowledge of federal food codes4. Responsible for operating within food cost goals
