Position: Production Worker - 2nd Shift

Reports to: Department Manager/Assistant Manager

Summary Description:

World-renowned leader in acoustic guitar and string manufacturing has job openings in various production areas. We offer on-the-job training for a wide variety of manufacturing jobs ranging from and not limited to working with CNC machines, robotics, general assembly, finishing, sanding, and polishing, and the final stringing and inspections of our world-famous guitars.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Processes within guitar manufacturing.
  • Individual must be flexible to cross train within the department and other areas of our company.
  • All other tasks assigned by Assistant Manager or Department Manager
  • Additional Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Experience operating wood working machinery, hand tools, and guitar playing skills are a plus and not mandatory.
    • Sufficient communication skills
    • Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to interact effectively and respectfully with coworkers within a team atmosphere.
    • Frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. and occasional assisted lifting of other items that exceed 50 lbs.
    • Continuous standing throughout a normal workday.

    Work Hours:

    2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

    Production demands may necessitate overtime Monday through Thursday 2:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

    A condition of employment is that all candidates are required to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
