Job Description:HIRING FOR ALL SHIFTSStarting Pay: $17.75 (plus shift differential)minimum of 3 pay increases in the first 2 years of employment.After 24 months: over $23.00 per hour with annual pay increasesFabrication is responsible for loading tooling, handling parts and operating pressbrakes in a safe manner while maintaining an accurate record of finished goods, damaged/unusable parts produced. Our team works together under a common set of values to build trust, WOW our customers, and constantly improve.Duties Include:* Separate and sort sheet metal parts from full sheet skeletons.* Knowledge of computer systems including Autodesk vault and paperless systems.* Ability to read and interpret blueprints to effectively identify parts.* Maintain high level of accuracy during sorting, tagging, and recording of parts.* Responsible for maintaining safe and clean work environment.* Complete all quality and safety procedures and documentation.* Perform equipment preventative maintenance as directed.* Identify, setup and bend parts required for production needs.* Maintain acceptable balance of machine uptime/operational efficiency and quality standards.EEO IS THE LAWEEO IS THE LAW (Spanish)
