Spherion is hiring for Production Assemblers in Indianapolis, IN. Our customer manufactures high performance cycling components by working hands on and following processes and procedures to deliver the highest quality products on the market.Shifts & Pay:1st shift: Mon - Fri 7a-3p $17/HRResponsibilities:- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by using the appropriate PPE, reporting unsafe conditions, following safety procedures, and thinking about safety at all times.- Maintain work quality by following processes and procedures outlined during training as well as communicating quality concerns to a Lead and /or at daily Tier meeting- Deliver production plan by working as a team to complete the daily goals set by the operation lead in the department you are assigned- Help control cost by utilizing and keeping tools , equipment, PPE properly used during daily operationsWorking hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PMSkills:Be flexible for overtime when volume increases Ability to continuously stand or walk at least 90% of the time Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, lift frequently, and reach 40 inches Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to carbon and moving parts Moving equipment is common in the areaEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Must be available to work full time (40 hours per week), plus occasional Saturdays;If you are interested, please apply today!
