- Assemble trailer parts in accordance with production guidelines
- Show an interest in working in our Wood Shop, Wire Prep and Paint Department, Weld Shop, Skin Department, or in Maintenance
- Perform spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards
- Notify supervisor of product discrepancies and equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures, paying special attention to safety regulations
- Ability to learn and work in multiple areas
