- Positions starting at $17.89/hr;
- Performance Based Raises after 90-Days;
- Day Shift schedules vary based on department - all shifts work 12-hour days;
- Kawneer Springdale works on a continuous operations (ConOps) schedule w/ rotation shifts;
- Con-Ops work schedule alternates between 4 days (48 hours/week) and 3 days (36 hours/week);
- Employees that work the weekend before the scheduled 36 hours on short weeks receive 4 gift hours to achieve 40 hours.
These positions include working around or operating mobile equipment, overhead cranes, or other large equipment. The work environment includes varying temperatures, personal protective equipment, and overtime requirements. Most positions include a high amount of repetitive lifting.Qualifications
- Moderate to Heavy Lifting (up to 40 lbs individually);
- Must be able to kneel and/or stand for extended periods of time;
- Must pass physical, drug screen, and background check.
