The Production Worker II is responsible for all duties assigned in the Production Worker I Job Description and under general supervision, assists the department lead in the daily operations of the department. This job function directly ? Indirectly ? affects product quality. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Be proficient with use of small hand tools. Identify and follow procedures and work instructions. Transport product to next stages of production. Understand production and quality metrics and performs accordingly to meet them. Identify nonconforming product. Assist as necessary in department processes. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Follow Cleaning Checklist. Follow established company policies. Follow all established health and safety policies. Communicate with supervisors as well as other employees.
