ZF offers a supportive work environment, multiple shift options, and the potential for long-term employment.Job Specifications:- Job Type: Full-time, temporary-to-hire- Company: ZF North America, Inc.- Location: Fowlerville- Pay Rate: Up to $18.00/hour- Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts availableRoles and Responsibilities:- Operate assembly machinery and equipment according to established procedures- Assemble components and perform visual quality checks to ensure product standards are met- Support the fabrication process by following instructions and guidelines- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targetsQualifications & Skills:- 6 months prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided- High school diploma or equivalent preferred- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment- Strong attention to detail and quality standards- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team- Willingness to work overtime during the week and possible weekendsOpportunities:- Temp-to-hire opportunity after 90 days- Sign-on/retention bonuses up to $1,000- Additional temporary bonuses for regular and overtime hours worked- Safety shoe reimbursement up to $50 after 30 days- Referral bonus up to $1,000 for each referred employee- Access to ACA healthcare coverage, group insurance options, and corporate discounts- Opportunity for skill development through thousands of free coursesCompany Culture:At ZF North America, Inc., we pride ourselves on providing a cool, clean, safe, and supportive work environment.
