Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the Molding/Finishing department, ensuring smooth operations by handling materials, operating machinery, and maintaining high safety standards. - Adhere to safety protocols and perform routine 5S audits.
- Operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Load and unload presses as needed.
- Inspect materials for consistency and quality.
- Transport materials within the manufacturing process using tow motors when required.
- Complete production tickets and downtime sheets accurately.
- Support green initiatives to help minimize environmental impact.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a loud and varying temperature environment (60°F - 90°F).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent work ethic and reliability.
