In this role, you will assemble, calibrate, and test complex components, track production metrics, provide feedback, and ensure all products meet customer specifications. Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years' experience working with Soldering Iron - Cable soldering a plus!
- Proven critical thinking skills
- Problem solver and team player
- Strong work ethic and ability to provide continuous improvement to processes
- Proven communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work closely and effectively with engineering
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and responsibilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
