Miller Brother Staffing is recruiting for Production Workers for our client in Sarver, PA! Pay: $15.00 ($17.00+ after probation) Shift: Monday-Friday (Must be able to work all shifts) 7:40am-4:10 pm; 4:00pm-12:00am, 11:50pm-7:50amJob Description: Machine Operator is an entry level position responsible for running multiple machines in a fast-paced production environment Job Duties: • Fill, run, and remove parts from presses • Fill, run and remove parts from extruders • Inspect and package parts • Perform quality checks on parts • Move parts on semi-live skid • Load and unload parts for firing • Other duties as assigned by supervisor Job Requirements: • Must have reliable transportation • No prior experience needed. Will train willing, interested job seekers. • Basic knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse a plus • Must be organized and capable of getting work done in a timely manner. • Must be able to take instructions from and communicate with supervisor and other management. • Must work well with fellow employees. Physical Demands: • Must be able to move about in the office and the production floor. • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and carry to required position many times throughout the day. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day. • Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
