General Production Worker/Machine OperatorJob DescriptionMix and distribute gel to Vertical Form Fill machines. Monitor raw material levels to keep machines running. Monitor equipment and make adjustments, as necessary, for proper operations. May be trained to operate equipment eventually to meet daily production requirements and company efficiency goals. Perform quality checks and maintain accurate and timely records to verify products are being manufactured to customer and company standards. Help pack product and load freezers/trucks as needed. May be trained in the future to operate and set up a V blender machine. Maintain housekeeping standards, daily cleaning of machines and orderly production area. Complete work order paperwork.Skills1-2 years of Packaging experience preferredProduction or manufacturing experienceWork EnvironmentClean packaging environment in Hatfield for training. The Pottstown, PA facility will be brand new once open. Training: 5:00am - 3:30pm M-Th in the Hatfield, PA Plant. When Pottstown gets up and running, the plan is to move to 12-hour days, 3 days one week and then 4 days the following week.
