**Job Title: Production Craftsman**
**Job Description**
We are looking to ramp up in our door shop. Candidates will be required to lift 50-pound doors repetitively during their shift, use a tape measure accurately, and use hand and power tools to assemble portions of metal and fiberglass doors. Individuals with experience in carpentry, home remodels, or DIY projects around their home will be good candidates for consideration. Candidates need to have worked for at least 12 consecutive months at a workplace in the past 3 years to show longevity in a position. The Waudena Production Assembly Craftsman is responsible for the consistent preparation and assembly of exterior entry doors and entrance door systems to meet the highest quality expectations of our customers. It is the responsibility of the Production Craftsman to be aware of all production goals and anticipate problems that could impact long-term goals, including quality control and establishing high standards of workmanship. An individual must be fluent in communication and it is imperative that positive relations with all internal levels of the organization remain uncompromised.

This is a fully on-site position in Schofield, Wisconsin.
**Work Environment**
The work environment consists of 2 large buildings located at the Commerce Drive location. This is a very large, spaced-out building consisting of several long paint lines, each run by 2 workers. Despite being spaced out, the environment is very warm due to the automated lines. The facility is very well-lit. Steel toes, safety glasses, and hearing protection are required.
