Pro Staff is looking for a motivated Production Worker to become part of our growing team in Albany, MN. Pay: $25 per hour Shift Details: Training: 1 week (6 AM - Finish) Start Times: 4 AM, 5 AM, 6 AM, or 7:30 AM (assigned after training) Schedule: 10-hour days, Monday - Friday (No weekends!) Requirements: 6+ months of experience in construction or industrial production Skilled with hand and power tools As a Production Worker, you'll be involved in constructing concrete structures, cleaning, scraping, mixing products, framing, and using tools while interpreting blueprints. You'll collaborate with your team to set up, strip, and pour materials, lifting up to 50 lbs. Steel-toe boots and personal tools (e.g., hammer, hammer holder, tape measure) are required.
