Staffmark has partnered with a leading water heater manufacturing company in Johnson City, TN, to find a talented and motivated Production Worker. Unfold your greatest potential and discover a career path with a company that values you and strives to see you succeed!Schedule: 2nd shift Pay: $15.50 per hour, after 90 days increases to $18.91 per hourProduction Worker responsibilities: Assemble product parts by hand, using power tools for cutting, drilling, and attaching. Affix labels and inspect assembled products for quality, addressing any production issues or faulty parts. Maintain a clean workstation, clean equipment, and ensure production deadlines are met. Pack completed products for shipment and assist with unloading and organizing stock. Adhere to safety guidelines and report any issues to supervisors. Qualified candidates will have six months of manufacturing experience. High school diploma or GED is required.Employee Benefits:
