TURNERS FALLS Production Worker Workplace: Food Manufacturer Hours: Full-time Location: Turners Falls, MA Salary: \$17.25 Job Description Premiere Staffing is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Production Workers for a local Manufacturer of Vegan & Vegetarian foods in the Turners Falls Area. No manufacturing experience required as this company is willing to train the right person! As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to production and assembly. Duties: Perform assembly line tasks, such as product assembly, packaging, and labeling Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Inspect finished products for quality assurance -Participate in company orientation and training Follow instructions Some duties include: Loading product from conveyor belt into cases Checking codes and placing cases onto a pallet Packing department 8:30 am- 5:00 pm Mon- Friday with occasional Saturdays packing various food products from staging areas, position pallets, racks or totes Boxing Department 10:45 am - 7:30 pm Mon- Friday with occasional Saturdays Rotate through various line stations to box vegetarian products for shipping Stack finished cases on pallets according to appropriate stack patterns Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary - Excellent teamwork and communication skills Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
