The production worker is on-the-go throughout their entire shift, packaging beverages, sanitizing & maintaining machines, and at times, operating power equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.) You are a team player, collaborating with your team to complete the task at hand to keep product flowing, our shelves stocked, and America fed and healthy. Starting rates will vary based on relevant factors including the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service and hours worked and terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include, healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
