The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Operating manufacturing equipment/powered equipment safely and following specific directionsMaintaining a clean work environmentAbility to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skillsAbility to work safely and comply with all safety regulationsAbility to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hours a dayMust be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs on a frequent basisRequired to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workloadMust be willing to work any available shiftManufacturing experience preferred but not requiredOther duties as assignedSmurfit Westrock is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
