Our client, a dynamic food production company, is seeking?Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the production team supporting the creation of delicious food products.??The ideal candidates will have a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be extremely flexible, and possess excellent multitasking skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Workers

Location: Hudson, NY

Pay Range: $18 per hourHours:? Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm + Overtime?

What's the Job?

• Prepare, produce, and package food?products, including vegetable handling both manually and with cutting machinery.
• Follow recipes with a team to produce large batches of high-quality products.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and stacking lifts, ensuring safe and efficient movement of materials.
• Maintain and adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food safety and quality.
• Perform daily sanitation duties and operate machinery on the automated packaging line.

What's Needed?

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant improvements.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to change tasks quickly.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well both in a group and independently.
• Comfortable with technology and machinery, with a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience working with food and basic knowledge of food safety is preferred but not required.
