We are seeking Mill/ Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a mill machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/ Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:Manufacturing batches of ink on mixers or mills. Packaging finished product in various containers and applying labels. Cleaning and maintaining machines to TPM Standards. Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities. Weigh-Up Batches: Following proper process order of addition. Shifting between auto and manual steps. Creating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times. Potentially operating the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift. Acting as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording data. Completing scheduled maintenance and utilizing troubleshooting procedures. Hourly Rate $19-$22 USD depending on experience. Qualifications.
