Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the team in Hudson, NY. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.Job Title: Production WorkerLocation: Hudson, NYPay Range: $17 per hourWhat's the Job?
- Accurately measure with a tape and use basic math skills
- Perform repetitive movements and climb onto the work table
- Lift 45 lbs. and stand throughout the shift
- Work in a group of 4-5 employees laying out pre-cut lumber on a jig and hammer in connecting brackets
- Move completed trusses to a rolling press
What's Needed?
- Ability to work 1st shift starting at 6am and ending at 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
- Standard or steel toe work boots
- Own hammer and tape measure (UFP will provide temporarily if needed)
- Safety glasses and ear plugs provided by the customer
