A Day in the Life of:

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing items for distribution in a warehouse or factory environment. This is a competitive integrated employment position at the business customer's location with workplace support provided by SOAR365. This position interacts with other employees, customers, and vendors as part of the daily job duties.

• Completes assigned tasks following staff directions related to specific job.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to interact with staff and others working in the facility, with minimal supports.
• Ability to stay on task.
• Ability to take direction from different team leaders.
• Ability to be independent in relation to completion of most personal needs.
• Ability to understand and follow basic safety principles in the workplace.
