Advisors maintain accurate advising records and work closely with faculty and staff to ensure students receive precise and timely advising.QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor's degree and one to two years higher education experience with specialty in student services, transfer, admissions, advising or related specialization, and knowledge of and/or experience working with American Indian students.* This position requires that the employee communicate effectively with multiple constituents both verbally and in writing and be able to hold appointments both virtually and in-person with advisees and colleagues. The advisor will need to be competent in giving presentations, providing reports, and maintaining various forms of documentation.
