Our client, a leading educational company, is seeking to develop an innovative program aimed at training tutors and trainers for the ACT (American College Testing). This program will commence with a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) initiative, followed by ad-hoc scheduling for each trainer.
Role Requirements
- Experience in Training and Tutoring: Candidates must have prior experience in training or tutoring, with a strong ability to engage and educate learners effectively.
- ACT Proficiency: Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in the ACT, ideally scoring 30 or higher in the subject areas they wish to teach.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in both English Language Arts (ELA) and STEM subjects.
- Teaching Experience: A minimum of four years of teaching experience is preferred, showcasing a track record of educational success and student improvement.
- Educational Experience: A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required.
Additional Qualifications
- College Entrance Exam Tutoring: Experience in tutoring for college entrance exams such as the SAT or ACT is highly desirable.
Location and Travel
- We are specifically looking for trainers based in or near Illinois who are open to local travel as part of their role.
