Applicants must have a strong proficiency in at least 3 of the following trades:
- Drywall & Taping
- Trim Carpentry
- Door Repair and Replacement
- Window Installation
- Siding Repairs
- Painting
- Decks
- Flooring and/or Tile
- Bathrooms/Kitchen Remodels
In addition to these core skills, you will have the opportunity to work on smaller projects that expand your skillset each week and join other team members to learn from one another. Most of our projects typically range from 1-2 hours up to 1-3 days. Pay & Benefits

- Live near our service area of Western Suffolk County
- Have 8+ years of relevant paid work experience
- Own your own tools
- Have a valid drivers license
- Complete a background and driving record check
- Able to lift 50 pounds independently
