Job Description:

To accelerate our growth, SECUTIX is looking for a Professional Services Manager based in Fort Lauderdale. You will join an onboarding team whose mission is to deploy and configure our solutions, to support our customers to improve their ticketing and engagement business operations through change management and to foster the adoption of our solutions.

Your role

  • Develop a detailed technical and functional understanding of SECUTIX S-360 Ticketing and Engagement, S-MOBILE Digital Wallet, and S-PAY payment processing
  • Develop detailed user requirements, identify system constraints, and coordinate solutions with solution architects, project managers, and document technical designs
  • Analyze and document business process flows, functional and performance requirements, and system architecture
  • Plan and coordinate the deployment of our solutions according to standard process and tools, monitor all activities
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project baselines, project plans, and SOWs
  • Lead requirements analysis, system design, systems testing, and documentation activities for Ticketing, Engagement, Digital Wallet, and Payment Processing implementation projects
  • Lead and coordinate testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing, and system training
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, quality and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the flawless execution of projects
  • Organize and lead project committees
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks, propose and implement appropriate remedial actions when required
  • Provide technical, functional, and business expertise to support users in SECUTIX S-360 Ticketing and Engagement, S-Mobile Digital Wallet, and S-Pay payment processing.
  • Involvement in presales activities (demonstration, functional requirements analysis, …).

Your profile

  • 6 to 10 years' experience as an Implementation Manager in a ticketing industry software company
  • Bs. Degree
  • Advanced knowledge of: Sports industry, and/or Entertainment and Performing Arts Industry
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for their work
  • Responds professionally to feedback and is able to admit mistakes quickly
  • Professional, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly changing environment
  • Seeks out opportunities for self-development and continuing education
  • PMP certification or similar
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
