The ideal candidate will have a BSN (preferred) and 0-2 years of experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of growth and development principles. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, establishing positive relationships with staff and families, and applying critical thinking and clinical judgment to deliver high-quality patient care.Qualifications:+ Current RN licensure in the state of employment or multistate compact agreement.+ CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.+ Ability to adapt to a complex environment with changing priorities.+ Physical stamina for frequent walking, lifting, and positioning of patients.Special Programs:UPMC offers flexible options, including night and weekend shifts with premium pay differentials.
