Job Description:
The Program Aide will be responsible for supporting activities within the university's Office of the Registrar.
In order to maintain a positive environment for prospective students, students, community members, and university staff, the duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Populate and maintain transfer articulation tables in Banner
* Apply transfer credit and evaluated credit to student records
* Support degree audit processes, audit maintenance and exception processing
* Provide registration assistance to students, staff and faculty
* Communicate with students, faculty and staff via Banner Communication Management regarding transfer and degree audit
* Provides building coverage for receptionist in the shared rotation
* Provide excellent customer service, including telephone, e-mail or in person inquiries
* Actively participate in university activities

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must be eligible for transfer or be reachable for appointment from the eligible list.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Work Address: 111 West Avenue, Saratoga Springs
Additional Information:
Salary: SG-13 $51,857 - $63,169
