Title : Program Analyst - Change ManagementLocation : Richmond, VADuration : 8 MonthsJob Description:Hybrid PositionThe Senior Program Analyst will lead change management efforts to implement key data tools, engaging with stakeholders.Creating strategic communications, and developing training plans to ensure tool adoption by over 8,000 end users.Key Responsibilities:Change Framework: Design and implement a change management framework for new data tools.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support smooth adoption.Training & Communication: Develop change management and training plans; create materials to guide end users.Leadership Support: Coach leadership on change processes and manage feedback loops.Required Skills:Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree + 8 years experience, Change Management Certification (Prosci or CCMP).Experience: Large-scale change projects, especially with data tools (e.g., IBM Knowledge Catalog, Snowflake, ArcGIS).Communication & Analytical Skills: Strong written/verbal skills, presentation abilities, problem-solving skills.Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies.Thanks & Regards,Simon ArthurZolon Tech
