Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is seeking multiple Program Analysts with a strong background in finance, data analysis, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to drive our organization towards industry standards. This position is located in Port Hueneme, CA at Naval Base Ventura County.

Responsibilities:

• You will monitor the performance and execution of an evaluation function.
• You will evaluate the effectiveness of a program in meeting goals and objectives.
• You will influence managers or other officials to accept findings from organizational analysis.
• You will develop written process improvement recommendations to align with an organization's vision, goals, policies, and objectives.
• You will identify and resolve problems in worker-flow, work methods, and procedures to improve organization effectiveness.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or 1 year of experience in a similar role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Power BI, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and/or Contracts

Federal Employment Requirements:

• US Citizen aged 18 or older at time of hire
• Males registered or exempt from Selective Service www.sss.gov
• Determined suitable for federal employment (process includes a background check and fingerprinting)
