Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the AVIATION COMBAT ELEMENT ofMARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD. Responsibilities You will exercise wide latitude in interpreting existing guidance while ensuring the best interests of the command and the Marine Corps are represented and considered in emerging joint warfighting capabilities. You will identify opportunities and make recommendations for Marine Corps support and participation in joint capabilities development workshops, seminars, war-games, working groups, conferences, and integrated process team meetings. You will assist in the management of unmanned aviation related capabilities list and gap analysis. You will assist representatives from other commands and agencies in the development of testing and evaluation criteria for Family of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (FOUAS) systems. You will provide technical expertise, advice, and evaluation of technical and operational matters involved in the execution of all Family of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (FOUAS) related, Air Vehicles Branch functions. You will review and analyze emerging joint UAS capabilities and concepts containing Marine Corps equities and develop and staff appropriate service recommendations. You will assist in developing future unmanned aviation capability requirements and material solution recommendations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, integrating, and articulating aviation warfare capabilities; Knowledge of the Joint Capabilities and Development System (JCIDS).
