Overview:

AVIAN is searching for a Program Analyst /Test Resource Manager (Journeyman) to support the Test & Evaluation Management for Programs and Operations contract. This position will apply past experience to assist and advise the Assistant Program Manager on any T&E subject.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, and design, develop, implement, test or evaluate military weapons systems
• Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation
• Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management
• Analyzes designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons systems, associated support systems
• Leads the execution of complex tasks
• Assist in maintaining and managing program office Rainbow Charts in support Assistant Program Manager
• Track requirements and metrics and manage the Test Requirements Definition and Concurrence process
• Ensure test resources are managed in a synergistic, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment in support of program goals
• Provide status reports and respond to data calls as required by the Assistant Program Manager

Qualifications:

• At least 3 to 10 years of experience , a Bachelors Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work of experience and a Masters Degree an additional 2 years of experience
• Demonstrated knowledge in area of engineering expertise.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
• Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
