LifeStream is a behavioral health and social services organization that provides high-quality treatment, education, care management, rehabilitation, child welfare, primary care and homeless services to children, adolescents, and adults. Located in Central Florida, LifeStream primarily serves the residents of Lake, Citrus and Sumter Counties, with additional programs located in Orange, Marion, Hernando counties.
Program Assistant Crossroads Program
The Program Assistant works with the substance use treatment program to:
* Receive referrals from the Florida Department of Corrections and schedule appointments within required time frames.
* Enter referral, payment type and appointment information into the computer system for organization, tracking and billing purposes.
* Communicate effectively, courteously, and professionally with customers and staff.
* Establishes and maintains files as assigned.
* Executes other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma; able to use Microsoft Office products; previous office experience preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of previous employment in an office environment required
Demonstrated proficiency in related duties and responsibilities required
