Job Responsibilities of a Program Assistant:
- Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives
- Support recreational and social activities
- Provide appropriate personal care as needed
- Assist with transportation
- Data entry using Therap (EHR)
- Teach proper skills to enhance client independence
Job Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license is in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance.
- Strong communication skills
