This staff member will be responsible for a wide range of duties including, but not limited to, the following:
- Prepare internal and external reports on membership engagement
- Prepare and distribute correspondence to members of senior-level staff
- Process new members, as well as maintain and update member and contact information
- Provide assistance with membership recruitment and marketing including, but not limited to, assisting with market research, implementing marketing strategies, and creating marketing presentations
- Analyze engagement data and spearhead initiatives to increase member engagement
- Coordinate all administrative activities with other members of the membership department and keep the department and other appropriate staff apprised of membership concerns
- Send invoices and input payments
RequirementsApplicants should have a college degree, at least one year of professional experience, strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills (oral and written); and be proficient with Microsoft Office and database software.
