Job Description Anthony's Villa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Clinical Supervisor - Community Mental Health Services to oversee the implementation and operations of our clinical programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of care and service delivery, in alignment with the standards set by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OMHAS). The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with effective leadership and management skills to drive program success and expand our community impact. Key Responsibilities Program Oversight: Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs. Ensure programs are compliant with OMHAS regulations and Anthony's Villa standards. Develop and update program policies and procedures as needed. Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Facilitate professional development and training opportunities for staff. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the clinical program, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Manage program budgets, resources, and staffing to meet organizational goals. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Program Success and Growth: Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, implementing improvements as necessary. Drive referrals and partnerships to expand program reach and impact. Utilize data-driven strategies to enhance program performance and client satisfaction. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all clinical activities comply with state and federal regulations. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation affecting program operations. Qualifications Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Licensure: Must hold a supervisory license designation in the State of Ohio as one of the following: Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor (LPCC-S) Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor (LIMFT-S) Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting. 3-5 years of experience in community counseling is preferred. Proven experience in program management and implementation. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in program evaluation and data analysis. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
