Overview:
The Program Coordinator, Gift Administration will work under the direction of the Deputy Director of the Development Office. The Development Office solicits and acknowledges funding from individual members and foundations to help support CFRs operating budget and endowment. Working closely with the Finance Department, this position processes all gifts and financial commitments to CFR using the Councils database, generates reports, and maintains all donation records. They ensure proper recordkeeping of donation and commitment information. They respond to inquiries from donors/stakeholders as well as CFR Staff and resolve questions related to contributions.
The major responsibilities of this position will include (but are not limited to)::Bachelors degree in related field with high academic achievement.
At least two years of related experience.
Highly organized with ability to independently prioritize competing deadlines and manage a range of responsibilities with high efficiency and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience with high-profile individuals a plus.
High level of proficiency in database management; SharePoint, and Microsoft Office knowledge a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion.
Flexible, positive, team-oriented attitude.
Pay Range
$58,000 to $62,000 per year
Pay commensurate with experience and education
