Compensation: Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The compensation will be based on experience, education, knowledge, credentials, and a consideration of the difficulty and complexity of the position. The hiring range for this position is: $24.00/hr to $25.00/hr.

Position Overview

The Program Coordinator II, Student Processes, provides comprehensive support to students throughout their educational (academic and internship) journey for the Relational Therapy Division. This begins with assisting the admissions process, coordinating and strategizing student onboarding and orientation, managing student sequencing and curriculum changes, and assisting with academic course planning. The Coordinator continuously analyzes processes and strategically implements continuous improvements.

The Coordinator collaborates with different University departments and coordinates interdepartmental efforts for student engagement and retention. Additionally, the Coordinator collaborates with faculty, student services, and disability services to address and resolve student issues.

Essential Job Functions

  • Monitor and report on faculty-created student development plans for students of concern and or individual program plans for students on specialized tracks.
  • Inform and liaise as appropriate with faculty, student services, disability services, Program Directors, and Directors of Clinical Training around student issues and needs for additional support.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity between academic and clinical transitions, addressing student issues and provide necessary support.
  • Support all students through pre-conferral and pre-licensure processes in conjunctions with the clinical team.
  • Manage the student sequencing and curriculum changes process, monitor degree audit for conferral, track Leave of Absences, Satisfactory Academic Progress, and any program plan revisions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend as needed engagement events to build community and support staff level advising and support residency planning.
  • Assist faculty with planning and coordinating division or program specific events for students such as panel discussions, research symposiums, trainings and workshops.
  • Offer comprehensive staff advising to support faculty advisors including course planning, curriculum advising and registration support for students.
  • Maintain program website, academic catalog, calendar content, create update and maintain accurate resources in BrightSpace LMS, Google Sites for Programs, Residency, registration and Orientation.
  • Engage with admissions, marketing and events teams to plan and implement virtual information days and/or place based events such as conferences and residencies.
  • Generate division and program news for various University Resources, such as Newsletters and Social Media sites to ensure new and engaging content.
  • Develop and execute ongoing orientation programs for the Relational Therapy Division and academic programs, and certificates.
  • Actively track admits and those in the pipeline in collaboration with admissions and program directors, including student services and financial aid, and Veteran Administration benefits as needed.
  • Communicate relevant information to new students during the admit process and throughout program onboarding to ensure a welcoming and smooth transition.

Minimum requirements

  • 3 years of related experience and a Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education, experience and training.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites (drive, calendar, workspaces, docs, sheets, slides), and experience with databases.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Hours of Employment

This is a full-time position serving a national university. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor. This is a remote, with occasional travel to campuses and other locations.
