Compensation: Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The compensation will be based on experience, education, knowledge, credentials, and a consideration of the difficulty and complexity of the position. The hiring range for this position is: $24.00/hr to $25.00/hr.
Position Overview
The Program Coordinator II, Student Processes, provides comprehensive support to students throughout their educational (academic and internship) journey for the Relational Therapy Division. This begins with assisting the admissions process, coordinating and strategizing student onboarding and orientation, managing student sequencing and curriculum changes, and assisting with academic course planning. The Coordinator continuously analyzes processes and strategically implements continuous improvements.
The Coordinator has a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in working and collaborating with the Antioch community, and supports a welcoming, respectful and inclusive work environment. The Coordinator collaborates with different University departments and coordinates interdepartmental efforts for student engagement and retention. Additionally, the Coordinator collaborates with faculty, student services, and disability services to address and resolve student issues.

This is a full-time position serving a national university. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor. This is a remote, with occasional travel to campuses and other locations.
