Minimum Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience
* 3-5 years' experience in healthcare education, training and/or simulation education
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Understanding of educational privacy legislation and practice
* Documented ability to interact with staff, students and faculty
* Computer literacy in MS Office applications
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* Demonstrated ability to plan and organize complex tasks.
* Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks while remaining flexible
Organizational Relationships
* Reports to the Executive Director of the Patient Safety and Clinical Competency Center (PSCCC)
* Works directly with educational staff from Clinical Skills Curriculum
* Maintains relationships with educators from multiple training programs within Albany Medical College

Operations
* Provides administrative support to PSCCC Leadership and Medical Education faculty, assisting in scheduling meetings and report preparation as needed
* Provides administrative support to the CSK faculty
* Maintains students schedules and track changes
* Tracks student assignment submission
* Interacts and effectively communicates with staff, students and faculty
* Assures security of educational records to ensure learner confidentiality
* Provides staff coverage as needed
* Other duties as assigned
