Job Description Summary
The Program Coordinator, Supply Chain position is accountable for managing the communications programs that support and promote the successful implementation and adoption of Strategic Supply Chain initiatives to internal audiences throughout the organization. Works with various teams internal to Supply Chain, facility-based communication leaders and senior management to develop and implement communication tools that engage internal audiences.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business administration or other similar field. Candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 2 years of appropriate experience is required. Computer/internet skills to include use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) is required. Ability to understand and report on general business financial concepts is required. Strong interpersonal; client relations; fact finding; analytical; project management; presentation; and communication (written/verbal) skills are needed. Under minimal supervision will respond to project demands within deadlines. Professionalism, poise/grace under pressure a must. Individual will portray high energy, positive attitude and team orientation in all interactions.
