What we offer:Compensation: Base salary ranging from $60,000.00 to $70,000.00, depending on education and experience. Paid Time Off (PTO): Generous PTO and paid holidays. Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company contributions. Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage new student enrollment information and forms efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to pair students with appropriate instructors, ensuring the best fit.
- Create schedules based on student and instructor availability and manage student transcripts.
- Provide end-to-end support from application to program completion.
- Manage the daily operations for students onsite.
- Onboard and train new instructors, providing technical and general support
- Plan and manage special events, including graduation activities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive, can-do approach.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle interruptions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborative and autonomous decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
