General Description:
The Program Coordinator position requires an extremely creative, organized and high energy individual who will manage multiple facets of Rainbows for All Children's programming efforts. They will understand the non-profit landscape in the greater Chicago area, as well as our global community, and be able to use this knowledge to build, maintain and grow program delivery across diverse communities. The successful candidate will be energetic, innovative, and a comprehensive, strategic thinker with a “problem solving attitude who will passionately promote Rainbows' mission and values.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all of Rainbows' programming components, including but not limited to volunteer training and structure for six levels of Rainbows, as well as Silver Linings, Kaleidoscope and Prism. All programs will be periodically reviewed for best practices, integrating evaluation data, and updated accordingly.

Compensation:
This position is full-time. Compensation range in the $50-$55,000 range, depending on experience and licensure. Health benefits may be available for employee. Generous time off package.
Rainbows provides an open, welcoming office space at 614 Dempster Street. There are stairs to the office.
