Position: Program Coordinator - Merrimack Valley Job Type: Full-time, Exempt Location: Hybrid Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, some nights and weekends. The EparaTodos program was designed to support Latinx entrepreneurs where they are, with programs run entirely in Spanish. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProgram Support
  • Work with the Executive Director and 2 Program Managers (EforAll and EparaTodos) to ensure program quality and consistency, including but not limited to business accelerator class technical and administrative support.
  • Support the planning and execution of Pitch Contests, Workshops, Info Sessions, and other activities for the startup Accelerator and Awareness Building programs.
  • Serve as a resource in the recruitment of new entrepreneurs and manage communication with current and former entrepreneurs.
  • Maintain a stakeholder database with contact and program information.
Event Support
  • Coordinate details for events, workshops, and programs such as setting up the platform, creating materials, ordering food and supplies, monitoring RSVPs and attendance, etc.
Social Media Management
  • Lead the site's social media presence including the monthly newsletter. Manage all social media accounts for the site and create social media schedules and content creation.
  • Spearhead digital marketing efforts for events, recruitment and other outreach initiatives.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of experience in planning, organizing, managing, running programs, and community work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish, with a strong emphasis on cultural competency and the ability to effectively communicate across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and well-organized, with a demonstrated capacity to navigate cross-cultural environments and foster inclusive spaces.
  • Strong project management skills and fluency with technology including comfort learning new software.
  • Focused, self-motivated, creative and detail oriented. Able to take direction and complete tasks on tight deadlines.
  • Available at least 40 hours per week, which will include some required hours between 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in a flexible or sliding schedule.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in-person and remotely with a strong, reliable internet connection. EforAll will supply a laptop.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (work-related travel is reimbursed).
  • HS diploma or equivalent.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong knowledge of video conferencing, social media, and Google Suite.
  • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Mailchimp and Canva.
  • Passion for inclusive entrepreneurship and developing the economic vitality of marginalized communities.
