Description of Responsibilities: Great customer service skills. Under the supervision of the Program Manager of Community Education, the position is responsible for the planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating and evaluation for the Community Education Department. Required Experience Bachelor Degree in a business discipline from accredited college or experience as a business owner/ decision maker within a business organization or experience performing an essential business function such as accounting; Computer experience required; Microsoft Office software and Excel Required skills: Secure and implement new partner relationships; Work under pressure to meet established deadlines; Compile and organize information in a concise and effective format; Strong communication skills, in both oral and written form, both with program participants and in formal presentations; Organize and maintain program files and meet reporting deadlines; Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work; Be self-directed and self-motivated; Work flexible hours; Monitor and measure success of program PrBENEFITS AND EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING
