Eastern Washington University's Office of Records and Registration is currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for multiple Program Coordinator-Records & Registration.

The Office of Records and Registration is recruiting for Program Coordinators-Records & Registration.

* We have two positions available

Under general supervision, provide comprehensive, exceptional customer service regarding registration services to include assistance with online registration, process in-person registration and process special population registrations. Complete a variety of student record data entry, as well as research and resolve registration and record errors. Participate as a positive and supportive team member of Records and Registration.

The major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Student registration services, administrative student support, record maintenance, and some general oversight of the work and performance workers at the information desk. This position reports to the Associate Registrar. A full description of the duties can be found in the job duties section of this posting.

The salary for this position is $42,552 (minimum) up to $48,960. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills. In addition to salary, the university offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life and disability insurance and retirement.
