- Assist with the delivery of programs for recognized student organizations (RSOs) such as event planning and registration, annual orientations, and managing events such as Big Red Welcome events, Nvolvement Fairs, or Student Impact Awards,
- Collaborate with a team to provide programming centered around leadership for RSOs and the student body,
- Serve as an advisor of a Student Organization,
- Manage and oversee administrative tasks related to RSOs,
- Conduct assessments related to departmental initiatives,
- Assist in the development and execution of the SLICE strategic plan,
- Collaborate with the campus community and others to offer many programs and services to benefit the student body.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
- Experience in program development and/or student leadership
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and a record of inclusion
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills.

- Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in student personnel, higher education, educational psychology, educational administration, counseling, or related field preferred.
- 1 year full-time experience in a student support role on a campus or with a community-based organization. (Two years of Graduate Assistant experience may be substituted for 1 year of experience).
- Experience working with data management systems.
