Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hourGeneral Summary of Duties:The Program Manager's primary responsibility is for the oversight and implementation of the Community Habilitation and Employment Services Programs. The Program Manager is responsible to meet with individuals/families/Care Coordinators, and towork with the Habilitation Coordinators regarding the development of a Life Plan, documentation of services and ensure proper billing of all program services provided by all staff. The Program Manager is responsible for all personnel functions such as hiring, training, development and scheduling of staff, as well as completing all required agency and state reports. The Program Manager is responsible for following all policies, procedures and regulations.Qualification Requirements:Should be able to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism. Employee should have a sense of compassion and understanding for diversity and differing abilities. Ability to work cooperatively with the individual and their work site employer, utilizing open and effective communication. Must possess the skills necessary to initiate, develop and implement a variety of activities on a daily basis. Must maintain a valid driver's license and driving record that meets Pathways insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.Education and Experience:Preferred: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in human services or related field, two (2) years work experience with developmentally disabled individuals and one (1) year of supervisory experience.Minimum Requirements: Associates Degree from an accredited program in the human services or related field, three (3) years' work experience with developmentally disabled individuals and one (1) year supervisory experience.
