Position Summary/Purpose of Position: The Program Director position is an exciting opportunity to help lead a multi-year University System of Maryland wide implementation of the next generation advancement platform built on Salesforce. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Service Strategy, the Program Director will be charged with managing day-to-day implementation of a Salesforce Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solution to be utilized by institutions across the University System of Maryland (USM). The incumbent will be expected to lead the day-to-day project activities of this enterprise project. Reporting to the system-wide governance board of Vice Presidents, the Program Director will direct the work of the project team composed of employees from multiple campuses, consultants, and vendor resources to deliver critical administrative systems with full authority for the execution and delivery of project objectives and deliverables. This position is considered an essential position and may be required to work at the normal work location or an alternative location during a major catastrophic event, weather emergency, or other operational emergencies to help maintain continuity of University services.

Salary range $170,000-$190,000. This position may require occasional travel between USM institutions and to conferences or training events. **This position does not provide sponsorship for Visas.

Physical Demands: Sedentary work. Employee will need to be able to sit for long periods of time to work on a computer, as well as travel occasionally to meet with clients and customers on and off campus. May require some nights and weekend work.
