Responsibilities Program Director - Behavioral HealthCanyon Creek Behavioral in Temple, Texas, seeks a Program Director for a newly opening residential treatment program. The Program Director is responsible for all aspects of the organizational initiative including patient care for a 22-bed residential in-patient program.Included in these responsibilities are:

• Developing program strategies and objectives of high-quality treatment programs.
• The development and implementation of a comprehensive community relations program from inception to completion.
• Develop, implement, and effectively manage the program administration.
• Collaboration and reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must have 3-5 years' experience managing in a Behavioral Health setting

LPC-A, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT

Master's Degree in Behavioral Health related field required

Demonstrates good skills in all forms of communication

Works well with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation

Adheres to established hospital and department guidelines and protocols

Supports hospital mission, objectives, and protocols
